Join us for a special ENGO Roundtable Session co-hosted by the West End Well Community
Friday, April 28th, 2017
Sustainable Capacity Centre
969 Wellington St W, 2nd Fl, Ottawa
This is event is in follow-up to the West End Well Community event Nature: Food for the Body, Mind & Soul, first in the “Well Talks” series on sustainability topics. This event will be a hybrid round table from several groups and a thinkubator session.
What is a “Thinkubator”?
It is a new initiative of the West End Well, and an opportunity for groups to engage members of the community in a discussion on a topic that would be helpful for their initiatives. The membership of the West End Well Community is a group of people with diverse experience, interests and connections. Many of the members wanted to find a way to help other community initiatives by making them an “offer” to tap into the expertise in the membership base.
What is the theme for this Thinkubator?
The theme is working locally to foster nature connection; “food for the body and soul”.
We will be inviting several initiatives/social enterprises/programs that foster nature connections to come to present, so there may be an opportunity for some creative synergy.
Come prepared to think creatively, learn, contribute and network – regular NCENN networking time will take place after the presentations.
