Human behaviour is complex and often baffling. Why do people claim to care about the environment while damaging it? Why do they deny the facts of climate change? How do we get people to listen and engage with sustainability?
Learn techniques to improve the effectiveness of your outreach programs, what (very) common errors you may be making and what to do instead, and how to structure your evaluations to ensure you’re actually having the impact you think you are.
Join us for a dip into the wacky world of human psychology and behavioural economics. You’ll emerge with a new understanding of human functioning and learn some tools and techniques to apply it in designing world-class places.
